1. Nature of the Service

Day One Feed acts solely as a data aggregator. We compile business registration data from public records and cross-reference it with third-party databases to append contact information. We do not guarantee the absolute accuracy, completeness, or deliverability of any specific phone number or email address.

2. Compliance & Liability

All data is provided "AS IS." The purchaser assumes 100% of the legal liability for how this data is utilized. You expressly agree to comply with all federal, state, and local laws, including but not limited to the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), the CAN-SPAM Act, and all National Do Not Call (DNC) registry regulations. Day One Feed is not liable for any fines, penalties, or legal action resulting from your outreach campaigns.

3. Billing & Refunds

Because the service provides immediate access to digital assets and proprietary data, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds. Subscriptions are billed on a recurring monthly basis. You may cancel your subscription at any time prior to your next billing date to prevent future charges.

4. Acceptable Use

You may not resell, redistribute, or publicly publish the raw data provided in the daily feed. The data is licensed strictly for your internal business development and outbound sales efforts.
