Privacy Policy

Last Updated: March 2026

Day One Feed ("we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal data. This Privacy Policy outlines how we collect, use, and safeguard information.

1. Information We Collect from Subscribers

When you subscribe to our service or request a free sample, we collect your business email address and relevant billing details. We do not process or store your credit card information directly; all financial transactions are securely handled by our payment processor, Stripe.

2. How We Use Subscriber Information

We use your email address solely to deliver the daily data feed, manage your subscription, and provide customer support. We do not sell, rent, or trade our subscribers' contact information to third parties.

3. Origin of Our Business Data Products

Our core product consists of B2B data (business names, direct phone numbers, and emails). This data is aggregated from public government registries (such as state Secretary of State filings) and cross-referenced with authorized third-party data providers. We do not scrape private social media accounts or hack private databases to obtain this information. All data provided in our feed is compiled for legitimate business-to-business (B2B) sales and marketing purposes.

4. Data Subject Requests

If you are a business owner whose public filing information has appeared in our feed and you wish to be removed from our internal database, please contact our support team at aron@dayonefeed.com. We will suppress your contact details from future distributions.

5. Security

We implement appropriate technical and organizational security measures to protect both our internal subscriber data and the integrity of our daily feeds. However, no electronic transmission over the internet or information storage technology can be guaranteed to be 100% secure.
